We have a range of properties for rent, both short term & long term. Some we own and some we manage on behalf of the Landlord.The common factor between them all is that they are relaxing spaces to be in. We want everyone to be able to stay in a beautiful & calm home no matter what they are travelling for.

Market Haven

Perfectly located in the centre of Town we have a range of Studio apartments, from a small single studio to a deluxe, relaxing studio with seating & dining areas. If you're coming to town for a while, that's no problem as we can host you from 1 night to 6 months.

If you have a group of employees travelling to the area then Contractors Cove is perfect to keep the team housed, fed and relaxed before their next day of work in a cosy home away from home. Also ideally located and set up for families visiting in the local area.

The Drive

Having undergone a complete refurb program in 2022, The Drive is located on the outskirts of Coventry, close to the University Hospital, Motorway network but still only 10mins to the City Centre.The house can sleep up to 7 guests, it has 2 bathrooms and an open plan Kitchen, Diner & Living space with Bifold doors out onto the garden area.
